So not. I came back from a squash session totally deflated. And after playing dismally for 3 games, only. Not even a match. I told my squash mates, that I felt depressed after each game. I couldn't swing properly, and the swings just didn't go smoothly. Leg movements were lethargic! And slow. Frustrating.
This kinda motivate me to keep Tuesdays and Fridays in mind for squash. I should atleast go back to the position where I enjoy playing squash. Sigh!
